I have a question about a course - who do I speak to?
If your query is about registration or processing a payment, you can contact us here at the AIAT (via the Contacts page).
If you have a questions about course content, continuing education points or require further information about the techniques behind a course then contact the course provider directly. Contact details are provided at the bottom of each individual course information page.
I have an idea for a course. Can I tell you about it?
By all means! We would love to hear your ideas for other courses that fit within our goal of providing Advanced Training.
Contact us with information about the course. If possible, include presenter information, association details (if relevant) and of course, what you know from your own experience or the experience of others.
I would like one of your courses to be held in my city - can you do anything about this? Absolutely! Tell us where you would like a course and we will use our contacts to see if we can work something out with the course provider.
I have sent my registration form in - how do I know it has been received? We confirm registrations by email within 1 week of receipt. If you have not heard from us by then, please contact us - it may be that the fax you sent was illegible or that there was a delay in the post. Whatever the case may be, just let us know if you haven't heard from us.
